These Terms of Sale apply whenever you purchase any product from Madni Kids Store through our website, MadniKids.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

· The product being out of stock
· Suspected fraudulent activity
· Errors in pricing or product description
· Inability to deliver to your location

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ / GBP) and include applicable VAT where stated, unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, charges, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Any delivery dates given are estimates only. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any significant delays.

Title (ownership) of the products passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind after receiving your products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and wherever possible returned in the original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel orders placed at a distance within 14 days.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any reasonable return delivery costs, in accordance with your legal rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms of Sale or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a product purchase is limited to the total amount you paid for that product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from your purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, transport failure, or government restrictions.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version current at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase. Any future changes will be posted on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale, and any contract formed between us, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
